Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal care nature of many Sheem Aesthetics products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another issue with the fulfillment of your order.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, personal preference, scent or texture preference, items that have been opened or used, or products that were ordered incorrectly by the customer.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at support@sheemaesthetics.com as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable. This helps us review and resolve the issue quickly.
If your claim is approved, Sheem Aesthetics may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
Do not send products back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Personal Care Products
For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used hair, scalp, skin, grooming, and other personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise where required by applicable law.
Apparel & Other Eligible Merchandise
If Sheem Aesthetics determines that a non-personal-care item is eligible for return or exchange, it must be unworn, unused, with any original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.
